We have completed the additional testing we were doing to ensure an efficient rollout of this update but as we are now getting into the time of day where Real-Time usage increases we will be delaying the rollout of this update to a future day. This update is not a critical release and we want to err on the side of avoiding any potential customer impact during the rollout. We will post further updates here once the rollout has been rescheduled.

Our scheduled maintenance has been temporarily paused while our team conducts additional load tests to ensure the highest level of service reliability.
During this time, our Realtime API remains fully operational without interruption. Rest assured, we will keep you promptly informed of the maintenance's resumption.

At 11am UTC on 9/28/23 we will begin rolling out an update to our Real-Time API. Over the course of four hours we will gradual be moving traffic over to the updated version of our Real-Time API. This update should not cause any issues for customer using our Real-Time feature but we will have members of our Engineering and Support monitoring the rollout to ensure good performance.
